Sometimes it takes courage to tackle the difficulties or traumas that we face in life. Counselling can help find the courage to improve the quality of our lives, and expand those lives in ways that we can only imagine. I have built a broad counselling practice to help my clients solve the problems they face and improve their lives.

A special focus of my practice is supporting clients as they build their families, whether they are experiencing infertility, or are members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. I experienced fertility issues in my life, and have a deep understanding of the challenges of infertility. I have worked for 17 years as a fertility counsellor and therapist, and can help my clients cope with those challenges. I also work with egg, sperm and embryo donors, and surrogates as they fulfill their goal of helping someone else become a parent.

I also have specialized training to counsel women going through perimenopause and menopause, and can help my clients cope with the many challenges of that life stage, including hormonal changes, disrupted sleeping patterns, relationship and sexual intimacy issues, empty nest syndrome, caring for aging parents, anxiety, and depression.
